New Product Development - Evolution of a Product Range

Working at Speakerbus my team devised a new endpoint device. My product leadership  focussed on multi-role functionality, technology standardisation and product cost margins.

Alto replaced three discrete devices to streamline the portfolio, reduced manufacturing costs by over 70% and was the first product to introduce a touch screen user interface so that a multi-role future was assured for Speakerbus customers.

When we moved office some original cardboard models and 3D printed prototype enclosures were discovered so I decided to create a simple time-lapse animation as an introductory video to our Sales kick off conference in 2016.
