I started R1oT in February 2019 to support technology companies with specialised consultancy services. Change should be your engine of growth. Transformation requires clear vision and purpose. Increasing your capability to execute is essential. Change comes from within but is most often a reaction to external influence. I have experience in assisting business transformation through digital system deployment, project led funding, process and procedural implementation or change and staffing for success.
During an engagement I can provide direct task support to help drive the process or to enable staff and leadership to set aside the time to achieve the new goals. Where required I can bring additional assistance through subcontractors from my personal network or via agencies I have used successfully in the past.
